The one thing that is missing is the workouts!
Well, lucky for you today I have posted some videos that we had already made that you can do quickly at home or in most gyms if you are one the road.
If you don’t have a TRX or Jungle Gym you can easily sub in band rows or DB rows when we use that for rowing and sub in planks or other core work for layouts, etc.

This video is a quick density set that should take about 15-20 minutes to complete using a suspension trainer. Feel free to use the TRX or Jungle Gym.
This workout can be done with either a KB or DB and is intense if you challenge yourself with the load used. The weight you will use is determined by the limiting exercise, so in most cases the press. If you can only press 20lbs that is your weight.
The following workouts can be done at home for the most part. If you don’t want to sprint substitute lunges or split jumps for 10 reps. If you only have DB’s sub in DB swings. Very simple and effective!
