August Bootcamp Updates – from our new coach, Liz!

Hey, everyone! It’s Liz. As you may have noticed, we are going through a few transitions here at Force. While I know it makes some people apprehensive, I just want to let you know that I am here to stay as your evening Bootcamp coach.

This is not just a job for me; it’s a career – a career that I am very invested in and passionate about. I wanted to give you a good picture of my plans for group training this month:

Evening Boot Camp is getting back to basics this month – new coach and new workouts! I love being able to hit the “reset” button on our classes and getting to see everyone push their limits when it comes to trying these new (and very different) programs.

Secondly, we are kicking August off with some upcoming events and specials!

8/17: FREE WORKOUT!

8/24: COMBAT CONDITIONING WITH BRANDEN

8/31: GYM IS CLOSED FOR THE RUGGED MANIAC

(We are still looking for more people to sign up for the Rugged Maniac – get out of your comfort zones and come do this obstacle course with the coaches and other Force members!)

AUGUST SPECIAL: REFER A FRIEND AND RECEIVE HALF OFF YOUR NEXT PAYMENT – LET’S FILL UP OUR BOOT CAMP CLASSES!

While I’m sure most of you have probably noticed, I will still announce that we will no longer have “Restore” class on Saturday mornings. HOWEVER, we are looking to implement an “active recovery” style yoga class to take its place here in the next few weeks! J Think along the lines of: “yoga for athletes.” I plan on attending every Saturday, so please come join me once things get going!

UPCOMING SPECIALS: We will be hosting our VERY FIRST female only challenge! This opens up so many opportunities for our boot camp women – including nutrition accountability and female only workouts! These workouts will be open on Saturday mornings, after our regular Boot Camp classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as a couple of lunchtime classes – all starting September 7th! This is something that I am extremely passionate about, so please feel free to reach out to me if you are interested in learning more. It will also be open to people who are not currently Force members, so grab your friends and do this challenge together!
