Boot Camper of the Month

Congratulations to Leisa Parks the Force Fitness Boot Camper of the Month!

1)  How long have you been at Force Fitness?
February – May (3 months)

2)  What have you accomplished since starting?
Since February, I have lost close to 30 pounds and several inches.  Over the past five week session, I have lost 19.5 pounds.  (I do not know the total loss in inches, because I have not been measured since the end of the Spring Break Body Transformation.)

3)  What are your future goals?
I plan to keep getting fit, losing more inches, and keep increasing my level of difficulty during the exercises.  I have already surpassed my original goal of losing 10 pounds in the 3 months that I have been doing boot camp.

4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?
I enjoy the variety of exercises for each different session.  I feel energized in the mornings after I get out of boot camp.

5)  Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?
I started coming, because my sister, Erin, thought that it would be something that I would enjoy and see quicker results in than just weight lifting.

6) Were you nervous when you started?  How do you feel now?
I was nervous about starting, because I did not know what to expect or how my body would react.  Now I am not nervous at all, because I just keep pushing myself to go tot he next level in each exercise.

7)  What did you do to accomplish your goal?  How days per week?  Nutrition?  Supplements?
I initially started out with the Spring Break Body Transformation which I believe gave me a great foundation to jump start my progress, which was 4 days a week with the Saturday morning session.  With that I followed the nutrition plan and the exercises given during on and off days at Force .  Since then, I only come 3 days a week, which includes the Saturday morning session, and have tried to follow some of the nutrition plan, meaning I have incorporated more vegetables and less simple carbs in my diet.

8 ) How do your friends and family react to your changes?
My family and friends are very proud of me for losing the weight and getting healthy again.  I think my sister is especially proud of me, because she gave the motivation to start when she told me about her progress.
