Congrats to Kari for all of your hard work and dedication to the program we certainly appreciate it!

1)  How long have you been at Force Fitness?

April 2009

2)  What have you accomplished since starting?

I have lost over 10 pounds.  However, I’m most happy about gaining muscle strength and definition back.  I’ve been able to buy new clothes in smaller sizes.

3)  What are your future goals?

To lift that damn gray kettleball over my head for 4 rounds of 30 seconds:)
I also wouldn’t mind dropping another size or a few more pounds.

4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?

It’s hard to name just one!  But I guess the biggest thing is that I am constantly being challenged to push my body to the limit.  There were things a year ago that I couldn’t do, but now I do with much more ease.  There is such a variety to each workout.

5)  Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?

I was ready to get back in shape and stop making excuses for why I wasn’t working out.

6) Were you nervous when you started?  How do you feel now?

I was completely nervous when I first started.  I wasn’t sure if I was doing things correctly, but Ryan eased those worries.  However, I have to admit I still get a little nervous the first week of the new session.  I don’t like not being able to accomplish a certain exercise, etc.  Once I get going though, no worries…I’m very comfortable because of the people there and I know how much good it’s doing.

7)  What did you do to accomplish your goal?  How days per week?  Nutrition?  Supplements?

I show up every M, W, F and try to go as hard as I can, plus 1-2 extra workouts per week (play soccer, go running/hiking, etc)  When I first started I stuck to the meal plan.  However, now that I have portion sizes in check and do more planning of meals, I don’t have to be so strict.  The planning of meals is important because it’s so easy to get lazy and eat crap.

8) How do your friends and family react to your changes?

They have been incredibly supportive and complimentary of how my body has changed.  I feel much more confident and proud of my body now.
