1) How long have you been at Force Fitness?

I started in the boot camp program in February.

2) What have you accomplished since starting?

I have noticed an improvement in my range of motion and mobility since I have been working with Force. I have also noticed that I am always pushing myself harder with each workout as I enjoy the continual challenge that the boot camps offer. I have gained muscle tone as I have completed each boot camp session.

3) What are your future goals?

I would like to continue to gain muscle tone and weigh 190, which is about 10 pound weight loss. I want to continue to challenge myself and improve with each workout. Another goal I have is to do level 3 for all of the exercises, through the complete workout.

4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?

I like the workouts that Ryan has designed for each boot camp session. I also enjoy how hard Ryan pushes me with each workout which has me improve and get closer to my goals.

5) Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?

I started coming to force fitness because I needed to change my normal workout routine. I have workout for years, and I was falling into a rut with my workouts. Though I do not enjoy change, I knew that is was necessary for me to get closer to my goals and improve the way that I wanted to improve. I had heard the different advertisements on the radio and decided to look into Force and see what all they had to offer that might fit into my schedule, and boot camp seemed like a great fit.

6) Were you nervous when you started? How do you feel now?

I was nervous initially just it was a change to my normal routine, and I don’t really enjoy change. I quickly adapted to the environment as I enjoyed the workouts and the other boot campers. I feel extremely comfortable and look forward to every workout.

7) What did you do to accomplish your goal? How days per week? Nutrition? Supplements?

I always try to give 100% in every class that I attend; I do not want to waste my time or Ryan’s time when I attend class. My schedule doesn’t always allow for me to attend at Force, so I go 3 to 4 days a week as I can, but I would enjoy attending daily if that was at all a possibility. I also train in a variety of styles of martial arts as well, and that is 4 to 5 days a week. I enjoy that there are many exercises that I can do at home, so if I cannot go to Force, I can still get in a great workout. Nutrition is the hardest area for me, as I am an extremely picky eater and I do not enjoy a lot of vegetables. I have noticed that it is easier to make healthier decisions when I eat different places or go to the grocery store for my shopping. I have been taking a multi-vitamin daily and my Prograde protein.

8) How do your friends and family react to your changes?

My family and friends have reacted in a positive way to my changes. I have also received extremely positive feedback from others that attend Force.
