Client of the Month

Marios Fellouka is the Client of the Month!   He is an awesome guy that always gives his best and never gives up on chasing his goals.  I met Marios just over a year ago when he joined our boot camp program.  Since then Marios has lost an incredible amount of weight and changed his body.  Marios has done our boot camp program, our semi-private training program and combinations of them both at the same time.  He is incredibly diligent in using his Prograde supplements to get great results.

Most importantly he is always consistent with his workouts and his intensity is always great.  That is what gets him results.

Marios is across the pond for a few weeks in his home country of Cyprus.   We wish him safe travels and hope he has a great time.

Oh, and just so you know he emailed me the other day asking for workouts that he can do with little to no equipment so he can keep his progress moving forward.  That is a great client of the month!

1)  How long have you been at Force Fitness?

I have been at Force Fitness since June 1st of 2009. I started as a boot-camper, but after a few weeks I tried the Fitness program. I Love both programs equally since they provide different workouts.

2)  What have you accomplished since starting?

I became a healthy person, i lost a total of 45 lbs (started at 265, now 220), drop to size 35 from 42, and i see and feel my body changing every day and i love it

3)  What are your future goals?

Lose another 20-25lbs, and be more fit. Ideally I want to be in a very good shape and have a lean body.

4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?

The friendly and always-willing to help trainers, the fact that is not a typical gym, the motivation, and the general environment.

5)  Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?

To be healthy, lose weight, and transform my body

6) Were you nervous when you started?  How do you feel now?

I was nervous because i never liked to work out. I always wanted to look good but i did not want to work hard.    Now, if i miss a day of working out, or if i have to re-schedule i feel very bad. I think i am a Force-addict.

7)  What did you do to accomplish your goal?  How days per week?  Nutrition?  Supplements?

I was working out 3 times a week but when i was not at  Force i tried to stay active and not just sit on my sofa. I stopped drinking alcohol for 4 weeks, was watching a lot what i was eating, focusing on lean meats and vegetables, was eating a lot of salads, and if i did not want to cook, i would just go to Subway or Panera… I am using the Prograde Lean supplement and i just started the Prograde Metabolism pills.

8) How do your friends and family react to your changes?

They are all happy that i am healthy and that i enjoy working out. They like the results and they are looking forward of the changes to come.
