Congrats to Jill Burris for winning the Client of the Month honor for June!  And securing her spot on the Wall of Fame!

1)  How long have you been at Force Fitness?

I joined Force Fitness in mid-April, so about 6 weeks ago.

2)  What have you accomplished since starting?

I have lost 25 lbs. and I feel stronger and healthier already!  and I have less aches and pains!

3)  What are your future goals?

I want to continue my “remodel” and get into shape not only for myself but for my family.

4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?

I like that when I go to the gym I have the attention that I need and I like seeing familiar faces — who offer lots of encouragement!  It’s fun to laugh while you workout!

5)  Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?

I have struggled with weight my entire life and I woke up on my 41st birthday and decided that now was the time to take control of my life and get healthy.  Better late than never!

6) Were you nervous when you started?  How do you feel now?

I was extremely nervous when I came in for my consultation, but Ryan made me feel at ease.  I met Linda on my first day and she was so encouraging….everyone has been great to me .

7)  What did you do to accomplish your goal?  How days per week?  Nutrition?  Supplements?

I have really changed the way that I eat.  Even though my schedule is hectic – working nights and running 2 active boys around to all their sporting events — I always try to keep something healthy in my purse to snack on.  I try to eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies and I love greek yogurt!  I will have a Prograde shake for breakfast every so often when I’m just too busy or too tired to find or cook anything.  I go to Force 2 days/week and I try to do some walking and some of the exercises that are a part of my program at home on the nights that I don’t go to Force.

8) How do your friends and family react to your changes?

My friends and family can already tell that I have lost weight and they tell me how proud they are of me…which is not only a great reward, but also a motivator!  I feel more confident already!

I go into the gym with the same goal everyday…get through my workout successfully.  I know that I am just in the beginning of my remodel, but it’s so wonderful to see results so quickly.  I truly appreciate all the time and support that you and Amber and all the girls that I workout with have given me.  It’s nice to have fun while you workout and to laugh with friends.  Thank you so much!
