Congrats to Elizabeth Chadwell, Client of the Month!
Elizabeth is a hard working mother who has been training at Force since March 2011. In March, Elizabeth had just been released by her doctor after having a cesarean section with baby number 2. Within the first month Elizabeth had been training she started gaining back her strength, as well as the confidence in herself to get back into pre-baby shape!
Elizabeth’s sister referred her to Force started because of the unique, non-traditional gym atmosphere. She started with three personal training sessions and one bootcamp session each week, and has switched to two days of personal training and two days of bootcamp.
To date, Elizabeth has lost 18 pounds!! Though she was initially nervous about starting, she became more confident, relaxed, and eager to work hard in the weight room. She enjoys everything about Force, even the finishers! She takes every opportunity to challenge herself and push her limits. Her hard work has definitely paid off.
Elizabeth felt, “like a stranger,” in her own body after having her second child. She has set realistic, incremental goals toward losing a total of 19 pounds to get down to her starting weight before baby number 1!
Elizabeth has been so successful because she has followed the Force Fitness nutrition plan by centering her diet on lean proteins and vegetables. Though she admits the Prograde protein shakes are not her favorite, she uses them to get good nutrition in a hurry! Elizabeth’s coworkers, friends, family, and especially her husband are awed by her success. Keep up the great work Elizabeth!
