2 months and going back for more.
2) What have you accomplished since starting?
I have lost a total of 11 inches and built muscle in places I thought was no longer possible
3) What are your future goals?
To lose weight, inches and to tone up my entire body.
4) What do you like best about Force Fitness?
I like the quick pace of the workout, convenient location and the people. Pam is awesome…She keeps you motivated and supports you. The clients are also great.
5) Why did you start coming to Force Fitness?
I heard about the September special and thought I would give it a try, nothing to lose but inches and weight. I also wanted to get into shape, and the round shape I was, was not working for me. I was under a lot of stress with work and home and need “me time”. This is a good way to relieve stress
6) Were you nervous when you started? How do you feel now?
I was very nervous to start the program. I was afraid I would not be able to handle the workout or keep up with the others. I’m not as nervous as I was in the beginning.
7) What did you do to accomplish your goal?
Stayed dedicated. I only missed 1 day in the two months I’ve been at Force Fitness and I tell myself that I am worth it and not to give up. I remind myself of where I was and how far I have become.
How days per week?
I go 3 days a week. going to try and put Saturday on my schedule too.
The eating plan is easy to follow and has a lot of options for you. Very easy recipes to follow. LOVE THE MUFFINS!!

8 ) How do your friends and family react to your changes?
I have motivated some of the ladies at my office to start walking, eating better and working out. My family is proud of me. They are support me, keep me motivated and say that I look better.
