A Force Fitness Power Couple: See how Todd and Annette have worked together to get amazing results!

On August 4th at about 10pm, after lying in bed most of the day with a racing heartbeat, a numb left side of my body, and blood pressure climbing rapidly, my family drove me to the Monroe County Hospital. After several tests and some nitroglycerin, we learned that “it was the close one”. That was my wake up call. While leaving the Hospital, ashamed of what I had become, I looked over and saw Force Fitness.  I called on a Friday and started my first MRT session just a few days later. I lost 21 pounds in the first 21 days at Force. I currently weigh 279 pounds having lost 33 pounds in 81 days at Force Fitness.

My relationship with my wife has been enhanced as a result of going thru this together as a team. I could not have had the success I have had if it wasn’t for her and Force Fitness.


I recently finished my first 5K, stopped taking meds for cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. I have lost 60 pounds since June 2013 and 33 pounds of that has been since joining Force Fitness. I feel stronger, have a lot more energy, and I sleep better.


My favorite thing about Force is the family atmosphere and support from all the participants, trainers and owners. They seem genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. I often receive special guidance and occasionally a redesigned workout to favor a weak back I have due to four back surgeries.

All in all, it is less time than I was spending going to and from doctors’ visits. As a professional staff member at Indiana University, I need to be as productive as I can be to get the most out of each day. Force Fitness workouts have given me back my energy to do anything I set my mind to do. The meal/menu structure and nutritional guidance they provide allows me to stay energized all day long.

Since we joined Force Fitness in August during a Living Lean Challenge our lives have certainly been changed for the better. We now know the effects of the different foods that we take in as they can either make us feel better and give us energy, or feel bad.

The Team at Force Fitness has been there to educate us and give us the tools to be successful, whether with a better workout or with our nutrition. Meal planning is a key for us with our busy schedules, but having a Personal Trainer and MRT 3days a week is a huge part as well. (Accountability) I have lost 20 pounds and several inches since we joined. I have toned up a lot and that is still my current goal. I am proud to say I’ll be 46 in November and I can’t remember the last time I felt this good about myself and how healthy I feel. I love the energy my husband has and we now plan State Park hiking trips. It’s not a diet; it’s a healthy way of Life.
