Fat Loss Nutrition Resources
A few of the biggest objections to achieving fat loss goals are that people don’t know how to cook healthy foods that taste great and that they get bored eating the same old things over and over again.
I hope that I have a solution for you today!
I am a big believer that people should keep things simple in the kitchen when first starting their plan and eating the same things over and over is okay if you can handle it mentally.
However, to make sure you get a lot of variety in your diet and to keep you sane 🙂 I have included a few of my favorite resources for you today.
I haven’t really read one bit about this site other than finding some great recipes. So I am not sure what her message truly is, and I could really care less because this cauliflower crust pizza is amazing! There are a few others that I have tried including the Peanut Butter Chocolate Blondies.
Not all of the recipes are really diet friendly so use your 5 habits as a guide to get great results.
This is one I found the other day that has some great recipes in it as well.
My final resource is the Gourmet Nutrition Cookbook from Precision Nutrition.
This is a book that I have at home and use frequently to make great meals. It has anytime meals, post work meals, bars, snacks, shakes. 5 minute meals, fancy meals….. The list goes on and on !
