Freaky Fat Loss Boot Camp Announcement
No, it isn’t being excited about the amount of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups available for me!
It is time for us to start getting ready for our third annual Freaky Fat Loss Boot Camp! This year will be a little different than the previous two. Rather than holding just one workout for charity we will be hosting an entire week’s worth! That’s right, we will be holding Halloween themed boot camp workouts for the entire week leading up to our famous or infamous Freaky Fat Loss Pumpkin Workout on Saturday morning.
This year we are helping out a great organization called Campus Life. Some of you may be very familiar with this organization who helps provide mentors for our young students. We are teaming up with Campus Life to help provide some financial support for mission trips that they take throughout the year.
As I was talking with the BHSS Director of Campus Life, David Schunk, he informed me that there is no better feeling in the world than seeing a kid’s face that has never been out of the state when they get to see the ocean or the mountains for the first time and truly help others while on their mission trip.
I am not sure about you, but I want to be a part in giving young adults the chance to have an experience of a life time.
It isn’t all fun and games either. I know that Campus life has taken trips to help rebuild houses and communities torn apart by hurricanes and also give back to communities in need. They are learning valuable life lessons and we are helping to give a few kids great mentors that might change their lives!
If you would like to help out and change some lives please email me and let me know that you would like to attend our workouts! You don’t have to come to all of them. You can come to one or three or four or just the amazing Saturday camp.
Give Campus Life a chance to change some lives and in return I will give you some life changing workouts! I promise that they will be fun and include some great workouts and ideas that you can take with you to at home or on the road.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (10/25, 10/27, 10/29) 6AM
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (10/25, 10/26, 10/28) 6PM
Saturday (10/30) 8AM PUMPKINS AND COSTUMES!
Pick one of the top two times, and everyone gets to come to the Saturday Camp.

Cost: Minimum $20 donation to Campus Life for new members, current members of Force Fitness give a $10 minimum to attend.
