Our group training class was Bloomington’s first fitness bootcamp and continues to be an industry leader. Group training workouts are designed to deliver the greatest impact in only 45 minute sessions. Using total body interval training in a group setting, each movement has varying levels of difficulty to accommodate both the experienced and brand new client.
Each month, the training plan is varied so that you face new challenges, learn them, improve on them, and conquer them before moving to next month’s new and challenging workouts.
Our newest group class, ForceFit, is conducted in the same exciting format, but utilizes heart rate monitors to individualize each client’s training. ForceFit has a greater emphasis on strength training, while heart rate monitors are used to individualize the conditioning portion of class.
