Low Carb Pasta For Fat Loss
If you are anything like me, or most people for that matter, one of the things that you miss when you go Paleo, Low Carb, etc is pasta.
My wife, Kim, is especially keen on Italian food and this was one of the toughest transitions for her when we moved to this type of eating.
Over the years I have got very accustomed to avoiding breads and other starchy carbs for the most part. I especially avoid grains- which includes pasta. However there are just times when it would be great to have a big ol’ plate of spaghetti and meatballs or lasagna. Kim makes a killer lasagna!
When you are on a fat loss diet or focusing on getting lean, even staying lean, it is critical that you still get to enjoy some of the foods- or at least something similar to them. Eating just meat and veggies can get boring!

This thing turns zucchini into noodles and it is a great way to have a healthy plate of “spaghetti”! I used mine for the first time last night and turned on medium zucchini into a big plate of noodles and covered it in some organic (low sugar) pasta sauce and some ground grass fed beef. It was amazing!
