March Madness Workout
Give this crazy March Madness workout a try! It is basketball themed and a lot of fun. The best part is that you can do it about anywhere.
Do complete this workout you will start in the round of 64 (just like the tournament) and progressivley move to the round of 32, the Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final 4 and then the Big Game! In each round you will complete the number of reps that equals the the number of teams in the round (64, 32,16,8,4,1).
64- Mountain Climbers
32- Side Shuffles- 3 steps in one direction=1reps, stay low in a quarter squat and don’t let your feet cross
16- Body Weight Squats
8- Vertical Jumps
4- Lunges total
1- Burpee + Push Up + Jump
