  • Upcoming Events
    • Monthly ForceFit Free Workout | Saturday, May 25th 12:30-1:30 pm
      We will be having a free Hurricane workout open to all Clients/Friends/Family. This is a great opportunity to come and workout with our coaches here at Force. This is also a fun chance to show someone close to you how hard you have been working since your time at Force.

 

  • Bootcamp Class Updates:
    • LIFT: This month we are focusing on single arm and single leg work. We are also working on a lot of different types of carries – using Kettlebells, Sandbags, and more
    • HURRICANE: This month, we’re getting the heart rates up using lower-impact exercises to de-load from insanity month. We’re also introducing some carry variations, especially unilateral carries, to challenge the core in a new way
    • RESTORE: Only on Saturday. We have been consistently getting a full body rollout in each class using the foam roller. This month we are focusing on more aggressive soft tissue work to work out some of those nagging sore or tight areas. Restore is an excellent way to start your Saturday after a hard week of Bootcamp.
