My New Favorite Fat Loss Recipe
A few months ago I posted a little piece about kale chips as my new favorite snack. Well, I hate to break it to you but kale chips my have just got knocked off the top of the mountain!
One night last week I was browsing around on facebook in the evening getting ready to make dinner and came across a picture that a former coach, well now a substitute coach when needed because she is so reliable, and client Pam Wilson had posted about parmesan crusted zucchini. It looked fantastic! I love zuchinni and squash so I figured I would filter through some recipes on the internet and see if I could find one that fit my nutritional needs.

I had everything I was looking for! Easy, quick and simply. Oh yeah, and it was healthy too 🙂
This has quickly become one of my very favorite recipes. I cut back a bit on the fat by not using as much parmesan as some have recommended, but they are still delicious.
