1.How long have you been in Force Fitness Boot Camp?

End of September 2010

2.  What have you accomplished since starting?

In the past few months I have lost 15 lbs, went from a size 11 to a 9, changed my eating habits from fast food/bar food/and long islands to protein shakes/lean proteins and lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and there is a noticeable increase in my physical strength and endurance.

3.What are your future goals?

My future goals are to lose 10 more lbs, go down one more size, continue to attend boot camp 3 times a week.  I would like to start increasing my exercise and activity outside boot camp classes.

4.  What do you like best about Force Fitness Boot Camps?

I really like all of the extras that Force Fitness adds to just working out such as the diet suggestions, off day workout suggestions, travel workout suggestion, recipe suggestion, etc.  I love how I can send Ryan and email about any question or concern I may have and he responds to every one on a timely manner.  I’ve really enjoyed each staff member I’ve met so far. I love my boot camp class and the positive energy from my fellow campers!

5. Why did you start coming to boot camp?

Its been on my to do list since its opened but am a single mom working full time and lived on the complete other side of town, not practical….now I am not currently working and live a lot closer and decided i was finally sick enough of gaining weight, etc and needed a complete lifestyle change, had the time to dedicate to this change, and made the call to join boot camp to start.

6. Were you nervous when you decided to start?  How do you feel now?

Yes, nervous about what kind of people did these classes, if i would totally feel like and outsider, basically the new kid in class syndrome but I actually knew a couple people in my class and met some more and really think there is a great dynamic in there.

7.  What did you do to accomplish your goal?  How days per week?  Nutrition?  Supplements?

Besides MWF boot camp,  try to do 45-60 mins cardio 2-3 days a week, whether its outsides jogging, interval training, or in stationary bike/treadmill in a gym.  I also took part in a special 14 day rapid fat loss program that involved Prograde VGF25+, EFA Icon, Lean and Protein.  It was a great success and help for me.

8. How do your friends and family react to your changes?

Most of them think I am crazy to get up that early to work out and honestly most of them didn’t think it would last.  But I think I’ve proved to them that i am serious about this and I get a lot of support now.
