Protein + Caffeine: Katie’s Blended Coffee Recipe
Want to get a head start on the gains in the morning with your cup of Joe?
Check out this blended coffee drink recipe that Coach Katie has been making lately. It’s delicious and packed with protein – and as a bonus, it’s pretty to look at.
1 cup coffee (preferably cold coffee)
1/2 cup some version of milk (I used unsweetened cashew milk)
1/2 scoop PE science cinnamon vegan protein (you can use more, the cinnamon flavor is pretty strong, which is why I use half a scoop)
Blend them all together and you’ve got your caffeine and your protein for the morning!
