Smoothie Recipe Day
Alright, I have embarassed myself enough, without further ado…… your recipe for the week is…..
1 – Cup of Ice
1- Cup of water
2- Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
½ – Frozen Sliced Banana
1-2 – Tbsp. Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
Mix in blender and enjoy!
I love my chocolate and peanut butter so this is a favorite of mine.
