Welcome to our second installment of the Smoothie Recipe Day, yeah I know it is a stupid name.   I need to come up with something catchy.  Smoothie Tuesday?  Kinda sounds like Ruby Tuesday?

Alright, I have embarassed myself enough, without further ado…… your recipe for the week is…..

Chunky Monkey!

Chunky Monkey
1 – Cup of Ice
1- Cup of water
2- Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
½ – Frozen Sliced Banana
1-2 – Tbsp. Natural Chunky Peanut Butter

Mix in blender and enjoy!

I love my chocolate and peanut butter so this is a favorite of mine.
