Every month at Force Fitness, we focus on one movement as a group to build movement literacy, and create a touch point for all of us to come together as a community.

This month, we’re focusing on Spinal Mobility.  There is a Chinese proverb: “You are as old as your spine”.  Learning how to segmentally control your spine is critical for long term health and performance!
