TEAM

"Doc" Dr. Kyle True

Dr. Kyle True, a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Master's degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Over the last 13 years, Dr. True has immersed himself in the realms of patient care, athletic performances, and specializing in movement disorders and sports injuries.

In 2011, Dr. True founded True Health Chiropractic & Sports Rehab in Bloomington, IN.

Simultaneously, he has been involved with Force Fitness for 10+ years where he not only served as a practitioner, but a hands-on strength coach.

​

Since then, Dr. True has begun managing and operating Force Fitness, and he aims to provide individuals with the tools and guidance needed for success in their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury.

​

He has dedicated himself to coaching and training, with overseeing training programs, ensuring that individuals receive top line training, understanding the importance of positions and why they matter, helping them achieve consistency and sustainability with their fitness and health goals.

​

Outside of his love for fitness, Dr. True has two children, Maddox and Hudson, aged 6.5 and 5. He claims being their father is his true calling, and they serve as a constant source of his inspiration.

 

Dr. True believes his purpose is to guide his clients to optimal health through proper movement, coaching, and structured training.

Coach Kal

Kal has been a part of Force Fitness since 2011 when she started as a sports performance athlete.

Kal has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Indiana University. During her time at I.U., she served as a Drum Major for 'The Marching Hundred.' Kal's great leadership and motivation skills come from leading a 300-person marching band through fitness programs she constructed herself. She has interned for I.U. Strength & Conditioning where she assisted in training their collegiate athletes. 

Kal is currently enrolled in a Master's program through Ball State for sports coaching until she receives her graduate degree. She is working towards her NCSA-CSCS certification.

Coach Ashton

Ashton started volunteer-coaching for Bloomington North High School's track and cross country teams. 

She joined the Force team as an intern. Now, Ashton is a strength coach and she specializes in strength training for runners to improve performance and prevent injuries. 

Her greatest joy is watching her clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles in their fitness journeys. She enjoys training individuals in order for them to exercise and reach their full physical potential without experiencing chronic pain.

Ashton is working towards her NASM Personal Training certification.

Coach Alecea

Alecea is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness.

Holding an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology  she possesses a strong academic foundation in understanding the human body and its movement.

Her commitment to excellence is further underscored by her certification as an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor.

Alecea aims to inspire and guide athletes on their journeys to optimal physical wellbeing.

Coach Wade

Wade is a graduate from Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in Exercise Science and KinesiologyHis passion for fitness stems from his experience in sports growing up.

Wade started out at Force as an intern during the summer 2022, and later on became a coach. 

Currently, he leads Force's group exercise classes and coaches a wide variety of clientele. 

Wade strives to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcements during their coaching experiences.

Wade is working toward obtaining a personal trainer certification through ASCM.

Coach Paul

Paul is a NSCA-certified Personal Trainer, and he has a Bachelor's degree from Goshen College. He works in all programs at Force; group training, sports performance, and personal training.

Paul is dedicated to connect his clients on a meaningful level pertaining to their fitness journeys. He believes that intentional movement can transform lives and strives for personal improvement. 

Paul spends his free time playing music and cooking.

Coach Alex

Alex is a Colorado native who came to Indiana seven years ago and became fully devoted to yoga.

Since 2021, Alex immersed herself into managing and working under Force Fitness and True Health Chiropractic and Sport Rehab.

She possesses over ten years of personal and teaching experience, which is reflected in her flow-flow sessions. Alex integrates insights from physical therapy in her sessions while striving to empower her clients by  enhancing their lives through breath work, stress management, and overall mindful movement.

Going beyond traditional yoga, Alex's mission is to foster holistic well-being and pioneer a fresh approach to the practice.
