“To my force family:” one of our wonderful coaches says goodbye
To my force family,
If you haven’t yet heard, Friday, June 28th will be my last day as a coach at Force. I will be transitioning to a new career in a new industry here in Bloomington. I will be working as a recruiter for a company based in Chicago, finding talent for the finance and tech worlds.
I would like to thank all the past and present clients of Force. You’ve all helped me more than you know. You taught me how to be a better friend, mentor, coach and person. I will forever be grateful to have worked with you.
I’d like to thank Wil Fleming and Jake Geary for taking a shot on me two and a half years ago when I was a young 23 year-old punk. Their friendship, guidance and mentorship has helped me an immeasurable amount that I could never hope to repay.
To Katie and Branden, thank you both for keeping me around and helping me grow as a leader, friend and coach. You both are fantastic people who I am very proud to have worked with and for.
Finally, to Isaac, Bram, Pat, Emily, Lane, Marissa, Liz and the other Force coaches I’ve had the pleasure of working with, thank you for your friendship, support and the memories that we got to share both inside and outside the gym.
I consider myself very fortunate to have worked with so many amazing coaches and clients. I will still be living here in Bloomington so you will still see me around, both in the gym and around town. Thank you all again for making my time at Force something I will cherish.
