Top 3 Fat Burning Desserts

Let’s face it, if you have junk in front of you it is going to get eaten. Everyone wants a delicious treat every now and again.
Okay, so this isn’t exactly like cheesecake but it is pretty close! Take a serving of non-fat Greek yogurt, add one scoop of vanilla protein powder (chocolate is good, as well), one or tablespoons of sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake flavored Jell-O pudding mix, 1/2 cup or so of berries. Simply mix this together and you have a great little dessert!
2) If you are in a hurry and can’t make something I have found a little jewel of a snack that should kill and chocolate cravings! Emerald Nuts makes an almond that is dusted with cocoa powder! These things are like crack! I could eat a 5lbs tub of them if you set it in front of me. Grab a handful when you are carving some chocolate and satisfy those cravings!
3) If you are a sucker for peanut butter like myself, then you know how great a peanut butter cup tastes! I love chocolate and peanut butter together. Well I don’t have the perfect solution to this problem. You can make chocolate peanut butter balls! When I write that it sounds a little like something they might sing in a South Park episode.
For chocolate peanut butter balls, take a small amount of chocolate protein powder, probably close to one scoop and several TBSP of natural peanut butter (I would use the non-stir variety). Add in some flax meal if you would like some extra healthy fat and fiber. You will mix this together with a spoon, add a little (a teaspoon or two at a time) if needed to mix a little smoother. Once mixed roll them into bite sized balls and place them in freezer to harder up a bit.
