Top At Home Workout Equipment

Sometimes coming to the gym isn’t an option.  Take yesterday for instance, and heck I am at the gym already, but I didn’t have time to get in a workout at Force.

I had to run home and quickly mow my lawn, um, I mean weeds right after I got through at work at 7:20 and then I had to get to a softball game at 8:25.  I did a quick little workout in my garage that has a pull up bar and some bands.

Now those two aren’t in my top three pieces, although bands are right up there.

My number one is the kettlebell.

Why would such an obscure item by number one?

Well, it can be used to swing, squat, press and row.  It can be used for strength based cardio and pure strength.  And it is relatively easy to use.
