What To Do On Your Day Off
One of the questions I (Coach Matt) most often get is, “What should I be doing on off days when I’m not in the gym? Should I run, do more intervals, or what? Or should I add another day of training?”
These are all great questions. There ARE really key things to work on in order to optimize your progress, though they might not be what you think.
