How are we different?

We pride ourselves on our ability to learn as much as possible about a client, and then taking that information, and using it to create the best program possible to help them achieve their goals.

We start each client off with a thorough assessment. This process involves us taking a close look at your injury history, training experience, goals, and many more factors. We will identify exactly what you are capable of doing to reach those goals from day one.

Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will design an individualized training program. The attention to detail featured in each and every program requires that we take our time to do it right. As a result, your individualized training materials will be provided upon return of your second visit. You will be closely coached through the entirety of the program by our team of expert coaches.

About us

Force Fitness and Performance is the premier sport performance and personal training facility in southern Indiana. Our 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is designed for people with all goal sets. Force was founded in 2008 and remains locally owned.

Force Fitness and Performance provides individuals with an environment in which they can identify and work toward measurable improvements both inside and outside the training facility. With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, each client is provided with unique programming and the coaching necessary to carry out these measures effectively.

Our coaches are leading experts in the field of personal training and nutrition. We put a priority on education. Our coaches all have bachelor’s degrees or higher in kinesiology, nutrition, or fitness and/or leading fitness certifications from nationally accredited institutions. The training systems used at Force Fitness and Performance have been featured in national publications like Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and Greatist, and have been the basis for multiple books sold around the world.
